9-Day Kruger Park History Safari South Africa

There was a time when the Kruger Park was visited for the excitement of the wildlife viewing but in the past few years, discoveries of great kingdoms and ancient settlements have ensured that the Kruger landscape has become one of the foremost historical and cultural regions in Africa. For some visitors to Kruger, the heartbeat of an ancient past could be felt in their souls and in particular in the northern reaches of the park where the landscape is dominated by baobabs, valleys and hills.
